Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your bits. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know about it — and we will do our best to make it right.
Because many of our products are made to order, please read the return details below before sending anything back.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging, where possible
- Not personalized or custom-made
To start a return, email us at hello@pardonmybits.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, or your poor little parcel may wander into the void.
Personalized Items
Personalized and custom-made items are created especially for you, so they cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please double-check names, spelling, dates, rude little messages, and any custom text before placing your order. We print what you provide, even if autocorrect has committed a crime.
If we made a mistake, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will help sort it.
Digital Downloads
Printable games and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not physical returns.
Digital purchases are usually final once downloaded or accessed, unless the file is faulty, incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging, if possible
- A short explanation of the issue
Once we have reviewed everything, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, or design, please return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
It is not glamorous, but it keeps things tidy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
