How long will my order take?
Products are usually made in 2–5 business days. Standard US delivery is typically another 3–4 business days for mugs or 3–6 business days for sweatshirts. For standard international shipping, Printful lists 5–20 business days after production; local fulfilment can be quicker. These are estimates, not guarantees. Product types may arrive separately.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination, and mugs and sweatshirts may ship separately.
Can I customize a product?
Yes. Name designs require your name or message, up to 30 characters. Accented letters (including č, š and ž), numbers and spaces are supported. Pattern and quote mugs offer optional extra text. Sweatshirts require your wording; follow the product page's limit, usually 60 characters.
Photo wording is a sample. Check spelling carefully—we print what you enter. No separate proof is sent before production, and wording cannot be changed after production starts.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly, ideally within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a short explanation and clear photos. This helps us raise a production claim; it does not limit your statutory rights.
After review we’ll confirm the appropriate replacement or refund. Wait for our instructions before returning anything.
Can I return a personalized item?
Products made with your own name or message cannot normally be returned just because you change your mind. Customer-entered wording mistakes are not production defects.
Faulty or incorrectly printed goods remain covered. Contact us promptly; your statutory rights are unchanged. Non-personalized EU/UK purchases have different cancellation rights: see our returns policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before production starts, but personalization cannot be changed after the order enters production and an order that is already being made or has shipped may no longer be cancellable.
Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Handwashing is recommended to keep the sublimation print looking its best.
