How long will my order take?

Physical products are usually made and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Once a physical order has shipped, delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are and how dramatic the postal gods are feeling.

Printable games and other digital downloads do not ship physically. They are delivered by download link, email, or customer account access after purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

International shipping times vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs. Delivery may take a little longer, but your cheeky goods will be worth the wait.

Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I customize a product?

Yes. Many of our products, including mugs and selected gifts, offer personalization options.

Look for the Personalize field on the product page. Add your text carefully, because we will print exactly what you enter — spelling disasters and all.

For special requests, feel free to contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging, if possible

Once we have checked everything, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution. No shame, no drama — just send us the evidence and we will help sort it.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made just for you, so they usually cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please double-check your custom text before placing your order. Once it is printed, it is committed to its life choices.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

If production has not started yet, we will do our best to help. Once your item is being made or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
