Can I add a name or message?

Mugs offer optional personalization with a name or short message. Name-lettering designs use your text as the artwork, while pattern and quote mugs keep their fixed design. Follow the product page's format and character limit, and check spelling before ordering.

Are toys or accessories included?

No. These products are ceramic mugs with flat illustrations of anatomy, toys or kink-inspired accessories. The depicted objects are artwork rather than items supplied with your order.

Where do I check delivery and shipping costs?

Each item is made to order. Check the product’s delivery information and the shipping page for your destination. Final shipping costs and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout.
